Add and Delete Signature Types for Content Groups

You can create a set of signature types, and make them available for the content group members to use when signing documents in NextGen® Mobile.
  1. Open NextGen® Mobile Cloud Portal.
  2. Select Manage Clinics, and then select Content Groups.
    Content Groups opens displaying the list of available content groups in alphabetical order along with the number of users in each group.
  3. Search for and select a content group, and then select Signature Type.

  4. To add a signature type, select Add Signature Type, in Signature Type, enter the name, and select Save, then select Next.
  5. Optional: To delete a signature type, in Actions, select Delete, and then select Yes.
