Add and Delete Signature Types for Content Groups
You can create a set of signature types, and make them available for the content group members to use when signing documents in
NextGen® Mobile
.
Note:
A content group can have a maximum of 50 signature types.
Open
NextGen® Mobile
Cloud Portal.
Select
Manage Clinics
, and then select
Content Groups
.
Content Groups
opens displaying the list of available content groups in alphabetical order along with the number of users in each group.
Search for and select a content group, and then select
Signature Type
.
Signature Type
opens displaying the default signatures.
To add a signature type, select
Add Signature Type
, in
Signature Type
, enter the name, and select
Save
, then select
Next
.
Note:
You can add
Job List
,
Macros
, and
Personal Dictionary
to a content group.
Optional:
To delete a signature type, in
Actions
, select
Delete
, and then select
Yes
.
Note:
You cannot delete the default
Provider
or
Patient
signature types.

Add, Edit, and Delete Image Templates for Content Groups
You can create image libraries and PDF documents, and make them available for the content group members to use in their documentation. Open NextGen® Mobile Cloud Portal. Select Manage Clinics, and then select Content Groups. Content Groups opens displaying the list of available content groups in alphabetical order along with the number of users in each group. Search for and select a content group, and then select Add Image Templates.Image Templates opens. To add image templates, do one of the following: Select Add New Template, in Template Name, enter the name, select a Image File, and select Save, then select Next. Select Add Existing Template, select a group from the list, select Save, and then select Next. Note: You can add Signature Types, Job List, Macros, and Personal Dictionary to a content group. Select the add all Add all icon, or select the necessary users and select the Add icon icon to add users, and then select Next.You can use the Remove All icon icon or the Remove icon icon to remove the assigned users from the group. In NextGen® Mobile Cloud Portal, you can create macros for a content group to be used for a specific group of providers. Note: The content group macros that you create are available in both NextGen® Mobile Cloud Portal and NextGen® Mobile CLINIC MACROS. For more information on clinic macros, go to NextGen Healthcare Success Community, and download the latest NextGen®Mobile Solutions iOS User Guide. Open NextGen® Mobile Cloud Portal. Select Manage Clinics, and then select Content Groups. Content Groups opens displaying the list of available content groups in alphabetical order along with the number of users in each group. Search for and select a content group, and then select Macros. Select Add New Macro.The Add Macro window opens. Search for and select a content group, and then select Job List.Job List opens. Job List view Select the add all Add all icon, or select the necessary job lists and select the Add icon icon to add job lists, and then select Next.You can use the Remove All icon icon or the Remove icon icon to remove the assigned job lists from the group.
