Add, Edit, and Delete Macros for Content Groups

In NextGen® Mobile Cloud Portal, you can create macros for a content group to be used for a specific group of providers.
  1. Open NextGen® Mobile Cloud Portal.
  2. Select Manage Clinics, and then select Content Groups.
    Content Groups opens displaying the list of available content groups in alphabetical order along with the number of users in each group.
  3. Search for and select a content group, and then select Macros.
  4. Select Add New Macro.
    The Add Macro window opens.
  5. Enter the name of the macro you want to create and the text you want the macro to generate, and then select a SOAP section.
    You can use Load Macro from file to add the macro text from your local file by overriding the existing content.
  6. Select Next to assign a dictator, and then select Save.
    The macro is saved. You can view, edit, or delete macros in the Macros tab.
