View User Accounts
- Open NextGen® Mobile Cloud Portal.
- Select Manage Clinics, and then select Users.
The green check mark in Dictation Setup indicates that the user is setup with the mobile dictation.
By default, the results are sorted alphabetically by name. You can sort the data by selecting the column header, and you can rearrange the columns by selecting and dragging the columns.
Users opens displaying the users list.
- Search for and select a username.
You can select the Dictators, Notification Preferences, Macros, and Personal Dictionary tabs to view and edit the corresponding details.Edit User opens displaying the User Information tab by default. You can view the username, additional information, and the assigned permission group details.
- Optional: To view the deactivated users, select Show Disabled Users.
- Optional: To export the list of users to a Microsoft Excel®, select Export to Excel.
The list is downloaded to your computer.

You can create standard macros and ambient listening macros for providers to use during dictation in NextGen® Mobile. - Add Custom Words to the User Dictionary
You can add custom words to a user's dictionary in NextGen® Mobile Cloud Portal to obtain accurate transcriptions during dictation.
