Filter the Invoice Grid

Use the Invoice panel to view paid and unpaid invoices, enter invoice information, mark invoices as paid, enter invoices for items required on the Inventory Management template, and to run a False Profits Report. View Waste Transactions

You can select any medication in the Inventory grid to view all occasions when it was wasted through this application. Filter the Inventory Grid. Select the medication. Expand the Waste panel. The waste dates, quantities, and reason for waste appear in the Waste grid. Parent topic: Waste Panel

View Medication Transactions

Select any medication in the Inventory grid to view all transactions for it that were made through this application. Filter the Inventory Grid. Select the medication from the Inventory grid. Waste Panel

Invoice Details

Use the Invoice Details panel to see all medications attached to an invoice. This panel only shows information if: You have marked the Require Invoice #’s for Items check box at the top of the template Medications added to inventory have been attached to an invoice.
