Transaction Log Panel

Use the Transaction Log panel to view every transaction for a selected medication. The grid shows: the date and time that the transactions occurred, the type of transaction, the details of the medication, the quantity, and the user who entered the transaction. Transfer Information Panel

Use the Transfer Information panel to transfer medications from one inventory to another. Transferred medications appear in a holding grid where you can check them into inventory, return the medication, or waste the medication. Transfer Medications You can transfer non-vaccine medications between inventories of different locations. Check In the Transferred Medications You can check in the medications that are transferred from other location and received in your location. Return a Transferred Medication You can return the medications that are transferred to your location from another location of your practice. Patients Administered Selected Medication

Use the Patient Administered Selected Medication panel to view all patients who were administered a selected medication, and to access the patient’s chart. Managing Medications in the Inventory

You can search for the medication inventory, view inventory details, and manage non-vaccine medications in the inventory. On the Inventory Management template, in the Medication Inventory panel, you can search for the medication inventory and view inventory details. The total number of items in the medication grid and the total quantity of the non-vaccine medications appear in the Grid Count and Grid Total fields respectively. You can also add, waste, adjust, and transfer non-vaccine medications in the medications grid. You can use the fields above the medication grid to filter medications based on a filter criteria. The filter criteria are specific to the selected location and sub-location, and the Sub-Location field appears only if it is configured in the Sub-Location(s) & Par Level Configuration panel on the Admin Configuration template. View Waste Transactions

You can select any medication in the Inventory grid to view all occasions when it was wasted through this application. Filter the Inventory Grid. Select the medication. Expand the Waste panel. The waste dates, quantities, and reason for waste appear in the Waste grid. Parent topic: Waste Panel

Inventory Management Template

Use the Inventory Management template to manage your medication inventory. You can add, adjust, waste, and transfer medications, track transactions. view which patients were administered certain medications in case of recalls and run inventory reports.
