Invoice Details

Use the Invoice Details panel to see all medications attached to an invoice. This panel only shows information if: You have marked the Require Invoice #’s for Items check box at the top of the template Medications added to inventory have been attached to an invoice. Vendor Setup

Use the Vendor Setup panel to maintain vendor contact information. The panel has one grid, that shows vendor information. You can toggle the grid between vectors actively used, and inactive vendors, using the Active and Inactive options above the grid. Filter the Invoice Grid

The invoice grid shows unpaid invoices by default. You can select the Paid or All option above the grid to show paid invoices or all invoices respectively. Parent topic: Invoice Panel

False Profits Report

You can run a False Profits report to view medications and invoice details. Select the False Profits Report button. A report is generated displaying the invoice number, the drug names, the units of the medication delivered (with that invoice), total billed units, wasted units, and units remaining. Invoice Configuration Template

Use the Invoice Configuration template to add invoice numbers, vendors, shippers, invoice totals, and due dates, and to monitor paid and unpaid invoices. You can tie medications entered in inventory to invoices for tracking. The Invoice Configuration template has three panels: Invoice Invoice Details Vendor Setup NextGen Healthcare recommends that you begin by configuring vendors on the Vendor Setup panel. Mark an Invoice as Paid

Once an invoice has been paid, you can mark it paid in the invoice grid. Select the invoice from the grid. Select the Mark as Paid button. The invoice moves to the list of paid invoices. To see it, select the Paid option. Parent topic: Invoice Panel
