Invoice Configuration Template

Use the Invoice Configuration template to add invoice numbers, vendors, shippers, invoice totals, and due dates, and to monitor paid and unpaid invoices. You can tie medications entered in inventory to invoices for tracking. Add Invoice Information

You can enter invoice details to add non-vaccine medications to the medication inventory. The Vendor, Cost, and Invoice # fields appear below the medication grid if the Require Invoice #s for Items check box is selected on the Invoice Configuration template, and you select the Add option in the Medication Inventory panel on the Inventory Management template. After entering the details of the medication, you can add values in these fields. Select the Vendor field, select a vendor from the vendors window, and then select OK. In the Cost field, enter the cost of the medication. Select the Invoice # field, select the appropriate invoice number from the invoice window, and then select OK. Add Medications in the Order Management Template

The Medications option and button in the Order Management panel is used to prescribe medications. The medications must be added in the Medication Configuration system template. Open the Order Management template in Intake. Select the Medications option. Click Medications to open the Medication module. Order Management template Select OK. View Medication Transactions

Select any medication in the Inventory grid to view all transactions for it that were made through this application. Filter the Inventory Grid. Select the medication from the Inventory grid. Expand the Transaction Log panel. The transaction details are shown in the Transaction Log grid. Parent topic: Transaction Log Panel
