View Waste Transactions

You can select any medication in the Inventory grid to view all occasions when it was wasted through this application. Filter the Inventory Grid. Select the medication. Expand the Waste panel. The waste dates, quantities, and reason for waste appear in the Waste grid. Parent topic: Waste Panel

View Patients that were Administered the Selected Medication

Filter the Inventory Grid to find the medication. Select the medication. Expand the Patients Administered Selected Medication panel. The grid shows patients that have been administered the selected medication. Parent topic: Patients Administered Selected Medication

Transaction Log Panel

Use the Transaction Log panel to view every transaction for a selected medication. The grid shows: the date and time that the transactions occurred, the type of transaction, the details of the medication, the quantity, and the user who entered the transaction. Filter the Inventory Grid

If the Location field doesn’t show the location for the inventory you want to check, select the field and select the location. If Sub-locations are enabled, select the Sub-Location field and select the sub-location. To view inventory only from certain source, select the Source field above the grid and select that source from the picklist. Note: The selection ALL in the Source field shows the inventory in all locations once another filter is applied, but does not show all inventory when the other filter fields are blank. Select one or more of the: Drug Name, Manufacturer and/or Patient Name fields and either select an entry or select the blank at the top of the picklist to be able to type an entry in the field. Select items from the picklists. Select the NDC Lot#, and/or JCode into those fields. Mark the Show Expired >0 Qty option if you want to see only expired medications. Mark the Show Zero Qty option if you want to see only all expired medications. Parent topic: Managing Medications

Filter the Completed Medication Grid

You can filter the Completed Medication grid to display all medications or a specific medications. The default is to display All Medications. Select a medication from the Medication Management grid. Select the Selected Medication option. The grid displays all incidents when the selected medication was dispensed or administered through this template. Parent topic: Completed Medications
