Insert a Graph Field
- Drag the Graph icon from the Fields toolbar to the template design area where you want to place it.
The Insert Graph window opens.Note: You may need to enlarge your template to make room for the graph field.
- In the Name box, enter the name for the field.
- To reposition the field on the template, enter the appropriate numeric values to replace the current vertical and horizontal coordinates displayed in the Position boxes.
- To resize the field, enter the appropriate numeric values to replace the current dimensions displayed in the Size boxes.
- From the Type list, select the source of the data for building the graph:
- Template Data. Data from selected template fields.
- Results. Data from a list of selected Lab or Radiology test results.
- Growth Chart. Data from a specified Growth Chart template: BMI, Height, Weight, Head (Circumference), Height vs. Weight.
These standard growth charts are also used for Down syndrome patients.
- Premature GC (Growth Chart). Data from a specified Premature Growth Chart template: Height, Weight, Head (Circumference).
- Turner Syndrome. Data from a specified Turner Syndrome Height Growth Chart template.
Note: Only options applicable to the selected graph type appear on the window. Y Min and Y Max values can be filled in only for Template Data graphs or Test Results graphs. The Reverse Order check box can be selected only for a Medical Records (MR) Template Data graph. - To hide the graph field when the template is opened, select the Hidden check box.
- In the Comment box, enter any comments you want to add.
- Select OK and save your template.
