To set up a Template Data graph, select the applicable options from the Type and Style sections on the Insert Graph window.
 
 
  - If necessary, from the first list in the Type section, select Template Data (default).
 
  - From the second list, select one of the following template types:
   
    - MR (default)
 
    - MR Ext - Current Encounter
 
    - MR Ext - All Encounters
 
    - DM Ext
 
   
 
  - To display the Select Template Fields window, select the ellipsis button.
 
  - From the Template Fields list, select the template that data is graphed from.
   
    The 
Fields window displays the fields in the selected template. 
    
    
  - In the Fields window, select each template field you want to include, and move it to the Graph Fields window.
   
    Note: You can select up to six template fields to graph.
    
 
    
   
    - To select fields individually, select the field, and then select Move Right. 
 
    - To select the first six fields, select Move All Right.
 
    - To move a field up or down one position in the Graph Fields window, select the field you want to move, and then select Move Up or Move Down. To remove a field from the Graph Fields window, select it, and then select Move Left.
 
    - To remove all selected fields from the Graph Fields window, select Move All Left.
 
   
 
  - When you have selected all fields to graph, select OK.
   
    The selected fields appear in the window in the 
Type section of the 
Insert Graph window. 
    
    
  - If you are creating a graph for an MR template, do the following:
   
    - In the Number of Visits box, enter the number of encounters to be graphed at run time.
 
    - To graph the encounters in reverse order, select the Reverse Order check box .
     
      Note: These options do not appear if you select another template type.
      
 
       
   
 
  - If necessary, in the Y Min and Y Max boxes, enter the minimum and maximum Y-axis (vertical scale) values for the graph.
 
  - To set up the graph style, select the Bar or Line (default) option.
