Set up a Template Data Graph

To set up a Template Data graph, select the applicable options from the Type and Style sections on the Insert Graph window. If necessary, from the first list in the Type section, select Template Data (default). From the second list, select one of the following template types: MR (default) MR Ext - Current Encounter MR Ext - All Encounters DM Ext To display the Select Template Fields window, select the ellipsis button. From the Template Fields list, select the template that data is graphed from. The Fields window displays the fields in the selected template. In the Fields window, select each template field you want to include, and move it to the Graph Fields window. Note: You can select up to six template fields to graph. To select fields individually, select the field, and then select Move Right. To select the first six fields, select Move All Right. To move a field up or down one position in the Graph Fields window, select the field you want to move, and then select Move Up or Move Do

Set up a Test Results Graph

To set up a Test Results graph, select the applicable options from the Type section on the Insert Graph window. From the list, select Results. Select the ellipsis button. The Select Results window opens. Select the test results you want to graph. Select OK. The selected test results appear in the window in the Type section of the Insert Graph window. Insert a Graph Field

Drag the Graph icon from the Fields toolbar to the template design area where you want to place it. The Insert Graph window opens. Note: You may need to enlarge your template to make room for the graph field. In the Name box, enter the name for the field. To reposition the field on the template, enter the appropriate numeric values to replace the current vertical and horizontal coordinates displayed in the Position boxes. To resize the field, enter the appropriate numeric values to replace the current dimensions displayed in the Size boxes. From the Type list, select the source of the data for building the graph: Template Data. Data from selected template fields. Results. Data from a list of selected Lab or Radiology test results. Growth Chart. Data from a specified Growth Chart template: BMI, Height, Weight, Head (Circumference), Height vs. Weight. These standard growth charts are also used for Down syndrome patients. Graph Multiple Results for a Test

You can graph the results of tests repeated several times for the same patient. The graph uses all the results for the same tests that are displayed on the results flow sheet. If you filter the results, only the selected test data is shown in the graph. You can graph the results in the order they were returned or have the most recent results displayed first in the graph. In the Results tab, select in the row for a test that has been performed on more than one date. On the Results tab Top toolbar, select Graph. The Plotted results fortest window opens, displaying a graph of all the selected results. The Show earliest results first check box is selected by default to display the earliest results first in the graph. To show the latest results first, clear the Show earliest results first check box. To change the minimum or maximum Y-axis value, enter the new value in the field, and select Update. The revised number appears on the Y-axis. If required, select the Calculate range from result
