Generate a Growth Chart from the File Menu

To generate a specialty growth chart, set up the applicable preference for Gestational Age (premature patients), Down Syndrome Indicator, or Turner Syndrome Indicator. To graph a growth chart using a measurement date instead of an encounter date, enter the Measurement Date Column preference. You can also set up preferences to Print Patient Name, Print Patient Date of Birth, and Print Chart Print Time on the generated growth chart.
