Generate and Print SAP Crystal Reports

After you set up a report, you can generate and print or fax a SAP Crystal Reports. When you generate a report, you can do any of the following: Print Preview Fax Save to Chart NextGen® Enterprise EHR can store patient chart items (Documents, Images, Notes, Report, and so on) in multiple locations. If enabled, this functionality allows you to store items from the patient chart in separate directories that are automatically separated by date. Note: If you enable Multiple Storage Locations support for Patient Chart Items, the setting automatically overrides the directory setting for the type of an item specified in the Universal Preferences. NextGen® PxP Portal Accounts Report Considerations

The NextGen® PxP Portal Account Status Report includes information about NextGen® PxP Portal users. When you generate the NextGen® PxP Portal Account Status Report, you can select the following enrollment statuses to display on the report: Not Enrolled Pending Completed Account Deleted Deactivated Declined Deferred You can generate a summary report or a detail report. The summary report includes a count of users for each status that you include in the report. In addition, the detail report also includes the following information for each user: Account status Person name Person number Phone number Email address When enrollment completed The NextGen® PxP Portal Enrollment Summary Report includes the number of pending and complete enrollments for the NextGen® PxP Portal. Select Enrollment Statuses to Include in the NextGen® PxP Portal Account Status Report

In the Report Dialog window, select the NextGen® PxP Portal enrollment report. To open the Enter Parameter Values window, select Preview. To set the period for the report, select the Start Date and End Date. Do one of the following: To select the enrollment status, select a value from the Available Values list in the Select Enrollment Status section, and then select the right arrow. To select all of the statuses, highlight the statuses in the Available Values section, and then select the double-arrow. To remove a status from the Selected Values list, select the status then select Remove. Note: To remove all statuses, select Remove All. From the Select Report Type list, select the type of report to generate. To save your selections, select OK. Crystal Reports for NextGen® PxP Portal

SAP® Crystal Reports® is a reporting tool that helps you design and generate custom reports from variety of data sources to meet specific reporting needs. You need to use the latest version of SAP Crystal Reports. A set of all standard Crystal Reports is included in NextGen® Enterprise EHR, versions 5.6 and later. The files reside in the Distributed Reports folder on your server and must be copied to your designated folders in your NextGenRoot folder when upgrading to version 5.6 or later. CAUTION: If you use the Microsoft SQL Server® 2012 database with the SQL Server Native Client 11.0 driver to connect to the database, the SAP Crystal Reports functionality may not work properly. It is a known issue with SAP Crystal Reports. To ensure that you can run your SAP Crystal Reports, use the SQL Server Native Client 10.0 driver to connect to the SQL Server 2012 database.
