ePCS Prescriptions Report Considerations

When you use the Enter Values window to generate the ePCS Prescriptions report, remember the following:

Selecting the Date Range and Users on the Enter Values Dialog

FieldConsiderations
Start DateDefault date is set as One Month from Current Date.

If you need to generate a report for a date range other than the default date (One Month from Current Date), manually enter another date in the Start Date: Enter Value field in the indicated format (YYYY-MM-DD).

For presentation purposes, if you are using a date other than the default (One Month from Current Date), you can clear the default text by selecting the ellipses from the list.

End DateDefault date is set as Current Date

If you need to generate the report for a date range other than the default date (Current Date), manually enter another date in the End Date: Enter Value field in the indicated date format (YYYY-MM-DD).

For presentation purposes, if you are using a date other than the default date (Current Date), you can clear the default text by selecting the ellipses from the list.

Select User: Selected ValuesThis field is dynamically populated. Only users that have sent controlled prescriptions electronically are displayed.

Select the user you wish to view on the report.

Enter Person Number: Available ValuesDefault value is set as All Patients
Enter Person Number: Enter a ValueIf you enter a person number in this field, and do not wish to see "All Patients" on the report, remove "All Patients" from the Selected Values: Patients field.
Enter Values: PatientsDefault value is set as All Patients

To remove a name or value from this field, select Remove or Remove All.

Enter Medication Name: Available ValuesDefault value is set as All Medications

This field enables you to perform a search for specific medications using * as a wildcard.

Enter Medication Name: Enter a ValueIf you enter a specific medication name in this field, and do not wish to include "All Medications" on the report, remove "All Medications" from the Selected Values: Medications field.
Selected Values: MedicationsDefault value is set as All Medications

To remove a medication or value from this field, select Remove or Remove All.
