Field	Considerations
Start Date & End Date	You can enter the date in the following ways: Manually enter the date Select a date from the calendar
Select User: Available Values	Only users who have performed auditable events appear. You can select one or more users from this field to include in the Selected Values field.
Selected Values: Users	To remove a name or value from this field, select Remove or Remove All.
Enter Auditable Event: Available Values	Shows which auditable events the user has performed. From this list, you can select the events to include in the Selected Values: Users field. These are the values that will display on the report.

ePCS Prescriptions Report Considerations

When you use the Enter Values window to generate the ePCS Prescriptions report, remember the following: Selecting the Date Range and Users on the Enter Values Dialog Field Considerations Start Date Default date is set as One Month from Current Date. If you need to generate a report for a date range other than the default date (One Month from Current Date), manually enter another date in the Start Date: Enter Value field in the indicated format (YYYY-MM-DD). Note: If you manually enter the date, this date will override One Month from Current Date field. See the following screen examples (Examples 1 and 2). For presentation purposes, if you are using a date other than the default (One Month from Current Date), you can clear the default text by selecting the ellipses from the list. End Date Default date is set as Current Date If you need to generate the report for a date range other than the default date (Current Date), manually enter another date in the End Date: Enter Value field in the

Select Enrollment Statuses to Include in the NextGen® PxP Portal Account Status Report

In the Report Dialog window, select the NextGen® PxP Portal enrollment report. To open the Enter Parameter Values window, select Preview. To set the period for the report, select the Start Date and End Date. Do one of the following: To select the enrollment status, select a value from the Available Values list in the Select Enrollment Status section, and then select the right arrow. To select all of the statuses, highlight the statuses in the Available Values section, and then select the double-arrow. To remove a status from the Selected Values list, select the status then select Remove. Note: To remove all statuses, select Remove All. From the Select Report Type list, select the type of report to generate. To save your selections, select OK. Select Parameters for the NextGen® PxP Portal Online Forms Report

After the 5.9.2021.1 release, no new data will be available in the NextGen® PxP Portal Online Forms reports. In the Report Dialog window, select the NextGen® PxP Portal Online Forms report and select Preview. The Enter Parameter Values window opens. Select Start Date and End Date. Do one of the following: To select a single status code, in the Select Specific Status Code(s) section, select a value in Available Values, and then select the right arrow. To select all of the statuses, highlight the statuses in the Available Values section, and then select the double-arrow. To remove a status from Selected Values, select Remove or Remove All. NextGen® PxP Portal Accounts Report Considerations

The NextGen® PxP Portal Account Status Report includes information about NextGen® PxP Portal users. When you generate the NextGen® PxP Portal Account Status Report, you can select the following enrollment statuses to display on the report: Not Enrolled Pending Completed Account Deleted Deactivated Declined Deferred You can generate a summary report or a detail report. The summary report includes a count of users for each status that you include in the report. In addition, the detail report also includes the following information for each user: Account status Person name Person number Phone number Email address When enrollment completed The NextGen® PxP Portal Enrollment Summary Report includes the number of pending and complete enrollments for the NextGen® PxP Portal.
