Select Enrollment Statuses to Include in the NextGen® PxP Portal Account Status Report

In the Report Dialog window, select the NextGen® PxP Portal enrollment report. To open the Enter Parameter Values window, select Preview. To set the period for the report, select the Start Date and End Date. Do one of the following: To select the enrollment status, select a value from the Available Values list in the Select Enrollment Status section, and then select the right arrow. To select all of the statuses, highlight the statuses in the Available Values section, and then select the double-arrow. To remove a status from the Selected Values list, select the status then select Remove. Note: To remove all statuses, select Remove All. From the Select Report Type list, select the type of report to generate. To save your selections, select OK. After the 5.9.2021.1 release, no new data will be available in the NextGen® PxP Portal Online Forms reports. In the Report Dialog window, select the NextGen® PxP Portal Online Forms report and select Preview. The Enter Parameter Values window opens. Select Start Date and End Date. Do one of the following: To select a single status code, in the Select Specific Status Code(s) section, select a value in Available Values, and then select the right arrow. To select all of the statuses, highlight the statuses in the Available Values section, and then select the double-arrow. To remove a status from Selected Values, select Remove or Remove All. NextGen® PxP Portal Accounts Report Considerations

The NextGen® PxP Portal Account Status Report includes information about NextGen® PxP Portal users. When you generate the NextGen® PxP Portal Account Status Report, you can select the following enrollment statuses to display on the report: Not Enrolled Pending Completed Account Deleted Deactivated Declined Deferred You can generate a summary report or a detail report. The summary report includes a count of users for each status that you include in the report. In addition, the detail report also includes the following information for each user: Account status Person name Person number Phone number Email address When enrollment completed The NextGen® PxP Portal Enrollment Summary Report includes the number of pending and complete enrollments for the NextGen® PxP Portal. NextGen® PxP Portal SAP Crystal Reports

NextGen® PxP Portal includes the following SAP Crystal Reports: Field Description Patient Portal Account Status Report Allows you view either a summary or details of the status of enrollments to the NextGen® PxP Portal. For either report type, you can choose the enrollment statuses to include in the report. The detailed report includes the name, contact information, and dates for each enrollee, and the rebranded logo. Patient Portal Appointments and Forms Report Allows you view how many appointment requests were received for each practice line and how many patient forms were imported into NextGen® PxP Portal for a specific date range with the rebranded logo. Patient Portal Communications Report Allows you track incoming messages that patients have sent through the patient portal and where these messages are being routed to within a specified date range.
