NextGen® PxP Portal SAP Crystal Reports

NextGen® PxP Portal includes the following SAP Crystal Reports:

FieldDescription
Patient Portal Account Status ReportAllows you view either a summary or details of the status of enrollments to the NextGen® PxP Portal. For either report type, you can choose the enrollment statuses to include in the report. The detailed report includes the name, contact information, and dates for each enrollee, and the rebranded logo.
Patient Portal Appointments and Forms ReportAllows you view how many appointment requests were received for each practice line and how many patient forms were imported into NextGen® PxP Portal for a specific date range with the rebranded logo.
Patient Portal Communications ReportAllows you track incoming messages that patients have sent through the patient portal and where these messages are being routed to within a specified date range. The report displays with the new rebranded logo.
Patient Portal Enrollment ReportAllows you view the number of people who have enrolled in NextGen® PxP Portal (Completed Enrollments) and patients that have signed up for NextGen® PxP Portal but have not completed their enrollment (Pending Enrollment). The report displays with the new rebranded logo.
Patient Portal Enrollment Summary ReportAllows you view the count of pending and completed enrollments of patients with the new rebranded logo.
Patient Online Forms ReportEnables you to view how many online form requests were sent through NextGen® PxP Portal for a specific date range. The report displays with the new rebranded logo.
Patient Portal Messages Sent by User ReportShows how many communication messages were sent to patients by a user, and how many "bulk messages" (that is, a broadcast message sent to a large number of patients) were sent by a user along with the new rebranded logo.
Patient Portal Deceased Patients ReportAllows you view the patients’ details whose enrollment status is Completed and Expired as of a specified date. The report displays a maximum of 1000 patient records at a time. Patient Portal Inactive Patients ReportDisplays the patient's details based on a specified last NextGen® PxP Portal login date and last NextGen® Enterprise EHR encounter date if:
  • The patients have not visited the practice for a specified amount of time (by verifying the last encounter date)
  • The patients have not logged on to their NextGen® PxP Portal account for a specified amount of time (by verifying the patient's last login date).
