Descriptions of Patient Portal Reports

Report Title	Description
Patient Portal Account Status	You can generate Patient Portal Enrollments report based on all or any of the following statuses: Not Enrolled Not Enrolled - Aged Out Pending Completed Account Deleted Deactivated Declined Deferred Note: The report also includes information of dependents who are not enrolled but have care managers who are enrolled in NextGen® PxP Portal.
Patient Portal Appointments and Forms	Provides the number of appointment requests received and the number of patient forms imported into NextGen® PxP Portal within a specified date range.
Patient Portal Communications	enables you to track incoming messages that patients send through NextGen® PxP Portal and where these messages are being routed to within a specific date range. The report provides information about the number of messages received and sent by a practice in a specific date range.
Patient Portal Enrollment Summary	Provides a summary of the enrollment status based on the Meaningful Usage status codes: Not Enrolled Pending Deactivated Account Deleted Completed Declined Deferred
Patient Portal Enrollment	You can generate the Patient Portal Enrollment report based on a specified date range and all or any of the following statuses: Not Enrolled Not Enrolled - Aged Out Pending Completed Account Deleted Deactivated Declined Deferred Note: The Completed Enrollments section also displays information of dependents who are not enrolled but have care managers enrolled in NextGen® PxP Portal.
Patient Portal Messages Sent by User	Reveals the number of messages sent to patients by users and bulk messages (a broadcast message sent to a large number of patients) sent out.
Patient Portal Online Forms	Provides the status of online and web forms, with information about the following: The number of online forms sent to the portal The number of completed online forms received The number of online forms that patients have not completed and submitted The number of online forms imported The number of online forms rejected You can create a summary or a detailed version of this report. Note: You cannot generate this report set for a date that is after the date of migration to version 6.2021.1.
Patient Portal Expired Patientsand Patient Portal Inactive Patients	You can generate both reports based on all, or any of the following statuses: Not Enrolled Pending Completed Account Deleted Deactivated Patient Deferred Patient Declined
