• Patient Portal
  • Enroll Now - opens the Initiate Enrollment window to enroll the patient.
    Note: The available option changes as per the enrollment status of the patient.

    Deactivated	Enrollment – Deactivated
    Declined	Enrollment – Declined
    Deferred	Enrollment – Deferred
    Account Deleted	Enroll Now

  • Online Forms - enables you to send, import, or revoke an online form for a patient enrolled in NextGen® PxP Portal.
  • Send Message - enables you to send a message to a patient enrolled in NextGen® PxP Portal.

  If the patient is not enrolled in NextGen® PxP Portal, the Online Forms and Send Message options are unavailable.
