Before you begin
You must set the Practice and user preferences, to enable the Patient Information Bar in the patient chart.
For more information on the patient chart, go to the NextGen Healthcare Success Community and download the latest Accounts and Patient Records User Guide forNextGen®Enterprise PM.
- Open NextGen® Enterprise PM.
- From the main toolbar, select Chart
.
The Patient Lookup window opens.
- Search for and select the patient using the available search criteria.
The patient chart opens displaying the Patient Information Bar, where you can exclusively select
Patient Chart Lookup and
Open Menu to search for patients, set an active patient, and manage the
NextGen® PxP Portal enrollment.
