Enrollment Status Indicators of Patients

NextGen® PxP Portal has the following enrollment status indicators.

Not enrolledNot EnrolledThe patient is not enrolled in NextGen® PxP Portal.
Not enrolledAged OutThe patient has aged out and the enrollment of guardian has been revoked.
PendingPendingThe practice has initiated the patient's enrollment, but the patient has not completed the enrollment.
CompletedCompleted; Last Login Date MM/DD/YYYY The patient has completed the enrollment.
DeactivatedDeactivatedThe practice has deactivated the NextGen® PxP Portal account of the patient.

If the account is activated again, the enrollment status changes to Completed.

DeletedAccount DeletedThe practice has deleted the NextGen® PxP Portal account of the patient.

When a patient's account is deleted, the practice can send the invitation to enroll the patient in NextGen® PxP Portal again.

DeclinedDeclinedThe patient has declined to enroll in NextGen® PxP Portal and the practice has selected the patient response as Declined Enrollment in the Add Patient Information or Modify Patient Information window.
DeferredDeferredThe patient has declined not to enroll in NextGen® PxP Portal at the time of visit to the practice but may enroll in future, and the practice has selected the patient response as Deferred Enrollment in the Add Patient Information or Modify Patient Information window.
