Select Enrollment Statuses to Include in the NextGen® PxP Portal Account Status Report

In the Report Dialog window, select the NextGen® PxP Portal enrollment report. To open the Enter Parameter Values window, select Preview. To set the period for the report, select the Start Date and End Date. Do one of the following: To select the enrollment status, select a value from the Available Values list in the Select Enrollment Status section, and then select the right arrow. To select all of the statuses, highlight the statuses in the Available Values section, and then select the double-arrow. To remove a status from the Selected Values list, select the status then select Remove. Note: To remove all statuses, select Remove All. From the Select Report Type list, select the type of report to generate. To save your selections, select OK. NextGen® PxP Portal Accounts Report Considerations

The NextGen® PxP Portal Account Status Report includes information about NextGen® PxP Portal users. When you generate the NextGen® PxP Portal Account Status Report, you can select the following enrollment statuses to display on the report: Not Enrolled Pending Completed Account Deleted Deactivated Declined Deferred You can generate a summary report or a detail report. The summary report includes a count of users for each status that you include in the report. In addition, the detail report also includes the following information for each user: Account status Person name Person number Phone number Email address When enrollment completed The NextGen® PxP Portal Enrollment Summary Report includes the number of pending and complete enrollments for the NextGen® PxP Portal. ePCS Auditable Events Report Considerations

When you generate the ePCS Auditable Events report using the Enter Values window, see the following considerations. Note: There are no default values for these fields. Field Considerations Start Date & End Date You can enter the date in the following ways: Manually enter the date Select a date from the calendar Select User: Available Values Only users who have performed auditable events appear. You can select one or more users from this field to include in the Selected Values field. Selected Values: Users To remove a name or value from this field, select Remove or Remove All. Enter Auditable Event: Available Values Shows which auditable events the user has performed. From this list, you can select the events to include in the Selected Values: Users field. Open the Report Filter. From the Settings List in NextGen Report Filter: Patient window, select Patient. Report Filter Set up filters for the patient demographic data. To search for Gender, Zip, Race, and Ethnicity, select . Note: If you select more than one race for a patient, all the selected races appear for that patient when you generate the report. To filter by patient number, select a parameter from the Person Nbr list and enter the value. Select the patient's Risk Level as high, medium, or low, or select to do the following. Enroll a Patient in NextGen® PxP Portal

If the Patient Portal trigger action is Enrollment, you can set up a NextGen® PxP Portal account for the selected patient through NextGen® Enterprise EHR. For more information on the enrollment process, go to NextGen Healthcare Success Community and download the latest NextGen® PxP Portal Provider Guide for NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Ask your system administrator which NextGen® Enterprise EHR template and field to use. In NextGen® Enterprise EHR, select the template that contains the Patient Portal trigger, and then select OK.
