Working with NextGen Care® Population Management Hub Reports

You can run the reports on Cohorts tab and do the following using the NextGen Care® Population Management Hub reports: View a patient's chart in NextGen® Enterprise and NextGen® Enterprise PM Generate patient's recall plans for one or multiple patients Create bulk lab or diagnostic imaging (radiology) test orders Compose and send patient messages using NextGen® PxP Portal and NextGen Care® Outreach. Add NextGen® Enterprise and NextGen® Enterprise PM tasks Add and send patient referrals Generate documents for selected patients Alert a patient Import the NextGen Care® Population Management Hub report data to Excel and XML Export the NextGen Care® Population Management Hub report data to a variety of formats to facilitate data sharing and further filter results Add patient from NextGen® Enterprise and template Note: Some of these actions are limited to selecting one patient only. Opening NextGen Care® Population Management Hub

You can open NextGen Care® Population Management Hub in the following ways: View menu in NextGen® Enterprise EHR Practice Template Note: You must have a separate license for the NextGen Care® Population Management Hub to access the application from NextGen® Enterprise. Create NextGen Care® Population Management Hub Template

You can create the NextGen Care® Population Management Hub component using Practice Template. Open Template Editor. From File, select New, and then select Practice Template. From Fields, drag the Component icon to the template design area in the location of your choice. The Hosted Component Field Properties window opens. Enter the field properties to create the NextGen Care® Population Management Hub component. Select OK. The Practice Template creates the NextGen Care® Population Management Hub component. Select Save. The Save window opens. Enter a unique name for the NextGen Care® Population Management Hub template, and then select Save. The NextGen Care® Population Management Hub template is created. You can access the list of saved NextGen Care® Population Management Hub reports on the Cohorts tab. The following reports are available: NextGen® Enterprise EHR memorized reports. NextGen® Enterprise PM memorized reports. NextGen® Enterprise EHR and NextGen® Enterprise PM report snapshots. You can sort the data available in Cohorts by selecting on the column header. You can view the patient clinical information in Care Opportunities, only if you have permission to access patient's data. Note: In NextGen Care® Population Management Hub, only patient level NextGen® Enterprise PM reports are available. NextGen Enterprise PM and NextGen Enterprise Memorized Reports Run a Report You can run the NextGen Care® Population Management Hub report from Cohorts, My Lists, or Appointment Book.
