Create NextGen Care® Population Management Hub Template

You can create the NextGen Care® Population Management Hub component using Practice Template. Open Template Editor. From File, select New, and then select Practice Template. From Fields, drag the Component icon to the template design area in the location of your choice. The Hosted Component Field Properties window opens. Enter the field properties to create the NextGen Care® Population Management Hub component. Select OK. The Practice Template creates the NextGen Care® Population Management Hub component. Select Save. The Save window opens. Enter a unique name for the NextGen Care® Population Management Hub template, and then select Save. Memorized Reports in NextGen Care® Population Management Hub

Reports can be created in NextGen® Enterprise PM using specific filters and qualifying criteria to identify a specific patient population, and then saved as a memorized report. These memorized reports can be accessed in NextGen® Enterprise EHR from the Population Management Hub > Cohorts tab and used to generate a patient list for outreach purposes, such as sending messages via NextGen Care® Outreach or NextGen® PxP Portal. Create a Snapshot Report

You can create snapshot of patient level NextGen® Enterprise PM reports and the NextGen® Enterprise reports. Set up the report by defining the columns and filters to produce the desired format and results. Select OK. The report is generated. On the generated report, select . The Save Snapshot window opens. In Save As, enter the name of the report, and select OK. The added report appears under Report Snapshots on the Cohorts tab. Create Memorized Reports

Depending on whether you want to create a NextGen® Enterprise or NextGen® Enterprise PM report, set up the report by defining the columns and filters to produce the desired format and results. Note: If you want to open the NextGen® Enterprise PM reports in NextGen Care® Population Management Hub, then you must ensure to create only the patient level NextGen® Enterprise PM memorized reports. Ensure the report meets your requirements, select Save on the Report Filter. If you want to verify the report prior to saving, run the report. Review the report, and then select Memorize Report . The Memorize Report window opens. Note: Save results for notification does not appear when memorizing NextGen® Enterprise PM reports. In Save As, enter the name of your report. If you are changing an existing memorized report, the original information automatically appears. In Report Type, select a report type.
