Memorized Reports in NextGen Care® Population Management Hub

Reports can be created in NextGen® Enterprise PM using specific filters and qualifying criteria to identify a specific patient population, and then saved as a memorized report. These memorized reports can be accessed in NextGen® Enterprise EHR from the Population Management Hub > Cohorts tab and used to generate a patient list for outreach purposes, such as sending messages via NextGen Care® Outreach or NextGen® PxP Portal.
