My Lists

You can view the patient list created by using Export and Import option on the My Lists tab. The MyLists tab displays the list name, description, created by, create date, last modified by, and last modified date information. You can do the following on the My Lists tab: View the date on which the list was created and was last updated. Filter the columns to view the list of patients depending on your preferences. Run the reports to perform care coordination actions for the patients in the report. Remove Multiple Patient Information from My Lists

You can remove the multiple patients information available on the My Lists tab. To remove all the patients' information from the My Lists tab, delete the list that contains the patients' information available on the My Lists tab. From NextGen Care® Population Management Hub, on the My Lists tab, right-click the required report. Select Remove. The Delete My List window opens. Select OK to confirm deleting the report from My Lists. The report is removed from the My Lists tab. Parent topic: My Lists

Remove Patient Information from My Lists

You can remove the patient information available on the My Lists tab. To remove individual patient information from the My Lists tab, run the required report and delete the required patient information. From NextGen Care® Population Management Hub, on the My Lists tab, run the required patient report. The patient list appears in patient grid. In patient grid, right-click the required patient information, and then select Remove. The patient information is removed from the selected patient report on the My Lists tab. Parent topic: My Lists

Filter Patient List in My Lists

You can filter the patient information listed in the My Lists tab using the standard filter control available in the header of each column. From NextGen Care® Population Management Hub, on the My Lists tab, select the Filter icon available on the column header. The filter values appear in the list. Select one of the following from the list: Select All for all patients in the column. Select Blanks - Patients with the blank column. Select NonBlanks - Patients with a name or a non-blank value. Select the name of the patient list. Depending on your selection, the filter is applied to the patient information on My Lists. Parent topic: My Lists
