My Lists

You can view the patient list created by using Export and Import option on the My Lists tab. The MyLists tab displays the list name, description, created by, create date, last modified by, and last modified date information.

You can do the following on the My Lists tab:

• View the date on which the list was created and was last updated.
• Filter the columns to view the list of patients depending on your preferences.
• Run the reports to perform care coordination actions for the patients in the report.
