Remove Multiple Patient Information from My Lists

You can remove the multiple patients information available on the My Lists tab. To remove all the patients' information from the My Lists tab, delete the list that contains the patients' information available on the My Lists tab. From NextGen Care® Population Management Hub, on the My Lists tab, right-click the required report. Select Remove. The Delete My List window opens. Select OK to confirm deleting the report from My Lists. The report is removed from the My Lists tab. Parent topic: My Lists

Remove Patient Information from My Lists

You can remove the patient information available on the My Lists tab. To remove individual patient information from the My Lists tab, run the required report and delete the required patient information. From NextGen Care® Population Management Hub, on the My Lists tab, run the required patient report. The patient list appears in patient grid. In patient grid, right-click the required patient information, and then select Remove. The patient information is removed from the selected patient report on the My Lists tab. Parent topic: My Lists

My Lists

You can view the patient list created by using Export and Import option on the My Lists tab. The MyLists tab displays the list name, description, created by, create date, last modified by, and last modified date information. You can do the following on the My Lists tab: View the date on which the list was created and was last updated. Filter the columns to view the list of patients depending on your preferences. Run the reports to perform care coordination actions for the patients in the report. Filter Patient Information in Patient Grid

You can filter the patient information listed in the patient grid. The patient information listed in the patient grid is filtered using the standard filter control available in the header of each column. In NextGen Care® Population Management Hub, do one of the following: From Cohorts, run a report. From My Lists, run a list. From Appointment Book, filter the patients. The patient list appears in the patient grid. In the patient grid, select the filter icon available on the column header. The filter value opens. Select one of the following from the list. Select All for all patients in the column Select Blanks for patients with the blank column Select \ for patients with a name or a non-blank value Select the name of the patient. Apply Custom Filter

You can apply custom filter to filter patient information in the patient grid and in the My Lists tab. Open NextGen Care® Population Management Hub In the patient grid or on My Lists, select the Filter icon available on the column header. Select the Custom filter from the list. The Custom Filter window opens. In Filter based on, select the required filter. Select the required condition and value from the lists available next to the Add. If you want add more conditions, select Add. Note: To delete additional rows in the Custom Filter window, select Delete. Select OK. The patient information as filtered using custom filter opens. Add Patient Information to My Lists

You can add one more patients' data to the My Lists tab. Note: In System Administrator, if Access Rights for Export/Printing is set to No, then you cannot access Export on the NextGen Care® Population Management Hub toolbar. For more information about setting access permissions to Export in NextGen Care® Population Management Hub, go to NextGen Healthcare Success Community and download the latest System Administrator Guide for NextGen® Enterprise. In NextGen Care® Population Management Hub, do one of the following: From the Cohorts tab, run a report. From the My Lists tab, run a list. From the Appointment Book tab, filter the patients.
