View Welch Allyn® Reports

Access the Integrated Equipment Module. Select a Welch Allyn ECG, Welch Allyn Exercise ECG, or Welch Allyn Spirometry report from the IEM grid. Note: Welch Allyn® Exercise ECG reports are supported only by CardioPerfect® and not by the Diagnostic Cardiology Suite™ . Select View Report. The Diagnostic Cardiology Suite™ or CardioPerfect® Workstation application starts and displays the report. Report Displayed in Diagnostic Cardiology Suite Use the tabs to view additional information as needed. Create Welch Allyn® Spirometry Reports

In NextGen® Enterprise EHR, load a patient and select a location and provider. Open the Integrated Equipment Module From the Acquire Report list, select Welch Allyn Spirometry. Capture an spirometry report as described in the appropriate Welch Allyn® Diagnostic Cardiology Suite™ or CardioPerfect® spirometry user manual. Close the Diagnostic Cardiology Suite™ or CardioPerfect® Workstation application to return to the IEM.A new Welch Allyn Spirometry report appears in the IEM grid and an (Equipment Report) indicator appears in the History toolbar under the encounter. If you confirmed the interpretation, the Test Status column in the IEM grid displays Confirmed; otherwise, it displays UNCONFIRMED. Create Midmark ECG Reports

Before you begin Before you start recording, ensure that the equipment is connected to the PC. Prepare the patient for the test as needed. In NextGen® Enterprise EHR, open a patient chart and select a location and provider. Open the Integrated Equipment Module From the Acquire Report list, select Midmark ECG. The live ECG window opens. Recording runs for 10 seconds and then stops. Select your name in the Reviewed By list. Analyze the clinical data in the report. Select Save to save the report and return to the Equipment Reports pane in EHR. A new Midmark Resting ECG report appears in the IEM grid and an (Equipment Report) indicator appears in the History toolbar under the encounter. Note: If the Store PDF Report on Equipment Report Modify Universal Preference is enabled, a PDF of the equipment report is generated and attached to the patient's encounter in the History toolbar. Import CardioPerfect® Tests

If a test report exists in CardioPerfect® but not in IEM, then you can import the report into IEM as follows: Open the Integrated Equipment Module From the Acquire Report list, select the pertinent Welch Allyn record.The CardioPerfect Workstation application starts. Cancel the recording. Select the test you want to import from the lower left pane, and if needed, confirm it.If the test does not exist in NextGen® Enterprise EHR, it will be imported into the selected encounter and listed in the IEM grid with the original date of the report. Before you start recording, ensure that the device is connected to the PC. Note: Welch Allyn® exercise ECG reports are supported only by CardioPerfect® and not by the Diagnostic Cardiology Suite™ . Import Tests from Welch Allyn®

If a test exists in the Hillrom™ Welch Allyn® Diagnostic Cardiology Suite™ or CardioPerfect® application but not in NextGen® Enterprise EHR, you can import it to the IEM. This scenario can occur if: The provider is using a Welch Allyn® application before its integration with NextGen® Enterprise EHR. The network is down and the test was recorded locally. Welch Allyn® equipment can send test results to a Welch Allyn® application but not NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
