Compare Midmark ECG Reports

You can compare two Midmark ECGs from the same patient. Open the Integrated Equipment Module Select two Midmark ECG reports from the IEM grid and then select Compare. The ECG window opens with the COMPARE tab selected. The COMPARE tab shows two reports at a time, one above the other. To select a different report for the lower pane, use the data/time list on the right side of the lower pane. If the System Administrator View > Universal Preferences > Equipment > Permit Midmark access to Sensitive Encounter reports option is not True, then sensitive encounters are excluded from the list of available reports. To close the report and return to the IEM, select the (Close) icon at the upper right of the window. View Midmark ECG Reports

After recording a Midmark ECG report, you can view it. Reports are displayed on the ECG window with ECG data traces from each of the patient leads. For more information on Midmark ECG functionalities, refer to the appropriate Midmark operation manual. Open the Integrated Equipment Module Select a Midmark Resting ECG report from the IEM grid and select View Report. The ECG window opens. Enter or change information as needed, such as the Reviewed By value or the results summary. Select Save to close the report and return to the IEM. If prompted, select Yes to save any changes. Compare Midmark Stress ECG Reports

You can compare up to four Midmark ECGs from the same patient. For more information on how to use Midmark Stress ECG functionalities, refer to the appropriate Midmark operation manual. Open the Integrated Equipment Module Select the check boxes next to up to four Midmark Stress ECG reports in the IEM grid. Select Compare. The Stress Test Serial Comparison Report window opens. Select the following buttons to perform appropriate actions, as needed: Preview: Displays a print preview of the report. Print: Prints the report. Create Midmark Holter Reports

To acquire Midmark Holter data, your workstation must have a security key installed and the ability to read a CompactFlash or SD card. For more information on how to use Midmark Holter functionalities, refer to the appropriate Midmark operation manual. Prepare the patient for the test as needed. Insert the CompactFlash or SD card with the recorded Holter data into the card reader. In NextGen® Enterprise EHR, load a patient and select a location and provider. Open the Integrated Equipment Module From the Acquire Report list, select Midmark Holter. The Holter Analysis window opens. On the Holter Analysis window: Enter the recording Start Time & Date. This time is in 24-hour format (for 1:00 pm., enter 13:00). Use the right arrow key to move from the hour digits to minute digits. To generate reports, check the Print Reports After Analysis box and then select Report Settings to choose which reports to print. Select the Flash Card option as the data source and select Browse. Create Midmark Stress ECG Reports

Before you start recording, ensure that the equipment is connected to the PC. Prepare the patient for the test as needed. In NextGen® Enterprise EHR, load a patient and select a location and provider. Open the Integrated Equipment Module From the Acquire Report list, select Midmark Stress ECG. The Pre-Test Settings window opens. On the Pre-Test Settings window: If needed, select Settings to change system configurations and to manage user profiles. Select an Exercise Profile from the list and select Next. Note: If you had selected a ramp protocol, the Patient Activity Questionnaire window appears. Enter the patient’s level of physical activity and select Next. The Hookup window opens. Prepare the patient for the test by connecting the electrodes and verifying the ECG tracing quality. On the Hookup window: When you are satisfied with the ECG tracing quality, select Stage Up (F4) to allow the software to learn the ECG, which requires approximately 30 seconds. View Midmark Stress ECG Reports

After recording a Midmark Stress ECG report, you can view it. The report contains several sections: Summary Table, Average Beat, Trends, and Rhythm Strips. For more information on how to use Midmark Stress ECG functionalities, refer to the appropriate Midmark operation manual. Open the Integrated Equipment Module From the IEM grid, select View Report in a row that contains a Midmark Stress ECG report. The Report Review window opens. Enter or change the following information as needed: Technician: Displays the name of the user logged on to NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Supervising Physician: Displays the name of the physician that supervised the test. Reviewed By: When you select the Sign check box, the application displays the name of the provider selected in the IEM. Review Date: When you select the Sign check box, the application displays the date the report was reviewed.
