View Midmark Holter Reports

You can view Midmark Holter, full disclosure, and summary reports and edit full disclosure reports. Reports are displayed in the Report Review window. Note: Some Midmark Holter functions require the use of a security key. For more information on how to use Midmark Holter functionalities, refer to the appropriate Midmark operation manual. Open the Integrated Equipment Module From the IEM grid, select View Report in a row that contains a Midmark Holter report. The Holter Monitor Options window opens. From the Holter Monitor Options window, you can: View and edit the Full Disclosure report (requires a security key). View the Summary report (no security key required). Select Re-Analyze to repeat the Holter scan on the original ECG recording (requires a security key and does not require the original CompactFlash card). Select Delete Full Disclosure Report to delete the Full Disclosure report and convert it to a Summary report (does not require a security key). Select Exit to close the Holte

Create Midmark ECG Reports

Before you begin Before you start recording, ensure that the equipment is connected to the PC. Prepare the patient for the test as needed. In NextGen® Enterprise EHR, open a patient chart and select a location and provider. Open the Integrated Equipment Module From the Acquire Report list, select Midmark ECG. The live ECG window opens. Recording runs for 10 seconds and then stops. Select your name in the Reviewed By list. Analyze the clinical data in the report. Select Save to save the report and return to the Equipment Reports pane in EHR. A new Midmark Resting ECG report appears in the IEM grid and an (Equipment Report) indicator appears in the History toolbar under the encounter. Note: If the Store PDF Report on Equipment Report Modify Universal Preference is enabled, a PDF of the equipment report is generated and attached to the patient's encounter in the History toolbar. View Midmark Stress ECG Reports

After recording a Midmark Stress ECG report, you can view it. The report contains several sections: Summary Table, Average Beat, Trends, and Rhythm Strips. For more information on how to use Midmark Stress ECG functionalities, refer to the appropriate Midmark operation manual. Open the Integrated Equipment Module From the IEM grid, select View Report in a row that contains a Midmark Stress ECG report. The Report Review window opens. Enter or change the following information as needed: Technician: Displays the name of the user logged on to NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Supervising Physician: Displays the name of the physician that supervised the test. Reviewed By: When you select the Sign check box, the application displays the name of the provider selected in the IEM. Review Date: When you select the Sign check box, the application displays the date the report was reviewed. Create Midmark Stress ECG Reports

Before you start recording, ensure that the equipment is connected to the PC. Prepare the patient for the test as needed. In NextGen® Enterprise EHR, load a patient and select a location and provider. Open the Integrated Equipment Module From the Acquire Report list, select Midmark Stress ECG. The Pre-Test Settings window opens. On the Pre-Test Settings window: If needed, select Settings to change system configurations and to manage user profiles. Select an Exercise Profile from the list and select Next. Note: If you had selected a ramp protocol, the Patient Activity Questionnaire window appears. Enter the patient’s level of physical activity and select Next. The Hookup window opens. Prepare the patient for the test by connecting the electrodes and verifying the ECG tracing quality. On the Hookup window: When you are satisfied with the ECG tracing quality, select Stage Up (F4) to allow the software to learn the ECG, which requires approximately 30 seconds. Order Hillrom™ HeartCentrix® Reports

Typically, you order a test in NextGen® Enterprise EHR, perform the test at the acquisition device, and then go back to NextGen® Enterprise EHR to view the results. After a test is requested, the HeartCentrix® application automatically matches a test to a specific order. If you order a test that was previously performed, you need to match an existing test to the order you are creating. In NextGen® Enterprise EHR, load a patient and select a location and provider. Open the Integrated Equipment Module From the Acquire Report list, select a Cardiac Science device (ECG, Exercise ECG, or Holter) . The HeartCentrix Auto Search window opens. The system updates the screen every five seconds for tests coming in from acquisition devices. If tests are listed, highlight the pertinent test and select Select to match the order to the test. Create Welch Allyn® Resting ECG Reports

Before you begin Before you start recording, ensure that the device is connected to the PC. In NextGen® Enterprise EHR, load a patient and select a location and provider. Open the Integrated Equipment Module. From the Acquire Report list, select Welch Allyn ECG.The Diagnostic Cardiology Suite™ or CardioPerfect® Workstation application starts and opens the ECG capture screen. Capture an ECG as described in the appropriate Welch Allyn® Diagnostic Cardiology Suite™ or CardioPerfect® resting ECG user manual. Close the Diagnostic Cardiology Suite™ or CardioPerfect® application to return to the IEM.A new Welch Allyn Resting ECG report appears in the IEM grid and an (Equipment Report) indicator appears in the History toolbar under the encounter.
