Create Welch Allyn® Spirometry Reports
In NextGen® Enterprise EHR, load a patient and select a location and provider. Open the Integrated Equipment Module From the Acquire Report list, select Welch Allyn Spirometry. Capture an spirometry report as described in the appropriate Welch Allyn® Diagnostic Cardiology Suite™ or CardioPerfect® spirometry user manual. Close the Diagnostic Cardiology Suite™ or CardioPerfect® Workstation application to return to the IEM.A new Welch Allyn Spirometry report appears in the IEM grid and an (Equipment Report) indicator appears in the History toolbar under the encounter. If you confirmed the interpretation, the Test Status column in the IEM grid displays Confirmed; otherwise, it displays UNCONFIRMED. Create Welch Allyn® Resting ECG Reports
Before you begin Before you start recording, ensure that the device is connected to the PC. In NextGen® Enterprise EHR, load a patient and select a location and provider. Open the Integrated Equipment Module. From the Acquire Report list, select Welch Allyn ECG.The Diagnostic Cardiology Suite™ or CardioPerfect® Workstation application starts and opens the ECG capture screen. Capture an ECG as described in the appropriate Welch Allyn® Diagnostic Cardiology Suite™ or CardioPerfect® resting ECG user manual. Close the Diagnostic Cardiology Suite™ or CardioPerfect® application to return to the IEM.A new Welch Allyn Resting ECG report appears in the IEM grid and an (Equipment Report) indicator appears in the History toolbar under the encounter. Create GE Spirometry Reports
Before you start recording, ensure that the equipment is connected to the PC. For more information on how to use GE CardioSoft functionality, refer to the GE CardioSoft Operator's Manual. Prepare the patient for the test as needed. In NextGen® Enterprise EHR, load a patient and select a location and provider. Open the Integrated Equipment Module. Select Acquire Report and select GE CardioSoft Spirometry. The GE CardioSoft application starts and displays the Test Information window. Before the test starts: Configure and select the appropriate settings as needed. Explain the test procedure to the patient. On the Test Information window: For each tab, enter or select all relevant information and select OK. If you are performing a Flow-Volume measurement: Select the Start Test button. If prompted, select OK to confirm that the patient is not yet breathing through the sensor. Have the patient exhale and inhale as directed. Select the Stop Test button. Repeat the test as needed. Import CardioPerfect® Tests
If a test report exists in CardioPerfect® but not in IEM, then you can import the report into IEM as follows: Open the Integrated Equipment Module From the Acquire Report list, select the pertinent Welch Allyn record.The CardioPerfect Workstation application starts. Cancel the recording. Select the test you want to import from the lower left pane, and if needed, confirm it.If the test does not exist in NextGen® Enterprise EHR, it will be imported into the selected encounter and listed in the IEM grid with the original date of the report. View Hillrom™ HeartCentrix® Exercise ECG Reports
After ordering a Cardiac Science Exercise ECG report, you can view it. Open the Integrated Equipment Module From the IEM grid, select a Cardiac Science Exercise ECG Report record with a Test Status of Confirmed, UnconfirmedOnly, or Reconfirmed. Select View Report. The HeartCentrix® Exercise ECG report opens. Note: If the patient has multiple race entries, then for Cardiac Science multiple race entries, the race is interpreted as Other. If the system finds a suitable match from information supplied in the Patient Information window, it populates the Race field. Otherwise, the field defaults to "Unknown." Select the HeartCentrix Main toolbar items as needed (functions are dependent on user permissions and view mode). After making any changes, select Confirm to save changes and return to the IEM. View a Report
Access the Integrated Equipment Module. Scroll through the list of existing reports, and select the View Report button for any report that you want to see.
