You can clear the order items you selected in the COMMON ORDERS, SEARCH RESULTS, FAVORITES, and IMMUNIZATIONS lists.
- Open CPOE.
- Select an order item.
The order details appear.
- Add diagnoses to the selected order items.
Note: For an immunization order item, Computerized Physician Order Entry (CPOE) automatically adds the default ICD-10-CM Z23 diagnosis code.
- To clear a selected order item, do one of the following:
- In the left pane, clear the check box corresponding to the selected order item.
- Select Clear for Add.
Note: Clear for Add only clears all the selected order items and diagnoses in the left pane. This option is useful when you want to create your order according to the patient's medical condition. You can select multiple combinations of tests and diagnoses.
- In the right pane, select the clear
icon corresponding to the selected order item.
