You can view the edited or deleted provider communication records, and the modifications that were made to the records on the Provider Communication Audit Log template.
- Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
- Open the SOAP template.
- Select the Provider Comm
icon.
The Provider Communication template opens.
- To select a communication record, do one of the following:
- Select a record in the grid, and select the Audit Log link.
The Provider Communication Audit Log template opens. The selected record appears in the Provider Communications grid.
- Select the Audit Log link to open the Provider Communication Audit Log template, and select a record in the Provider Communications grid.
Any changes or updates to the selected communication appear in the Audit Log grid. In case of no changes, the Audit Log grid remains empty.
Note: On Provider Communication Audit Log, you can filter the records in the Provider Communications grid using the options available in the Show filter.
- Select Close.
