Remove a Previously Documented Provider Communication

  1. On the SOAP template, click to open the navigation bar.
  2. Click the Provider Comm icon.
    The Provider Communication template opens.
  3. To select another date, click the Date field and select a date from the on-screen calendar.
  4. Highlight the row to delete in the Provider Communications grid.
    Details for the row appear in the fields above the grid, and the Remove button is enabled.
  5. Click the Remove button.
    The selected communication no longer appears in the grid when the option to Show ' Active ' records is selected, and the Remove button is disabled.

    The selected communication appears in the grid when the option to Show ' All ' or ' Deleted ' records is selected, and includes the following information for the audit log: the Date and Time fields display when the deletion was done, the Status field displays “ deleted ”, the Edited by field displays the name of the user who deleted the record, and the Audit values field displays the values that changed between the previous entry and the current one.

  6. If you are finished documenting communications, save and close the template.
