Review Reasons for a Patient's Visit

You can review and update reasons for a patient's visit during the provider workflow.

  1. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
  2. Open the SOAP, and then expand the Reason for Visit panel.
  3. Review and update the patient summary in the Introduction field.
  4. Review and update reasons for visit, diagnostic studies, and chronic conditions.
  5. To add any additional information, select Comments.
