You can update the custom phrase and label of the client check boxes on the Framework Content template.
You can modify the client check boxes to use on the Intake, SOAP, and Pediatric SOAP templates.
- Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
- Open the Framework Content template.
- Select a specialty from the list.
- Click the Client CheckBox Configuration panel.
- Select a row in the grid.
The text fields get filled with the corresponding information.
- Modify the details in CheckBox Caption or Document Text.
- To review the Hide check box status, do one of the following:
- To hide the client check boxes, select the Hide check box.
- To make the client check boxes visible in the corresponding panel of the applicable templates, clear the Hide check box.
- Click Update.
