Framework Template Set

You can configure the details related to the template set in the Framework Template Set section.

From the Framework Template Set section, you can do the following:

  • If you are a single-specialty practice, you can select a default specialty for all of the Framework templates. The Clear button enables you to clear the selection from the field.

    If you want to change the specialty in run time, select a new specialty on the templates in the encounter.

  • You can select the Hide the HPI no launch check-box - Intake and Hide the HPI no launch check-box - SOAP check boxes to hide the Do not launch HPI check box in the Reason for Visit panel on the Intake and SOAP templates, respectively.

  • You can click the Simplified View Setting link to open the Simple View Settings template. You can select or clear the check boxes on the Simple View Settings template to hide or show the following elements from the Intake, Histories, SOAP, Finalize, and Checkout templates based on your practice preference.
    • The Global Days link
    • The Care Team link
    • Q buttons
    • Risk indicators
    • The HCC link
    • The Care Guidelines link
    • The Contagion link

  • You can select the Hide the HPI instructions check box to hide the HPI instructional text above the grid in the Reason for Visit panel on the Intake and SOAP templates for all specialties.

  • You can select the Show PHQ Link check box to display the PHQ links in the Review of Systems panel on the Intake and SOAP templates.

    The PHQ links open the respective Patient Health Questionnaire template.

  • You can select the Display history bar check box to keep the Encounter History bar open while using any of the Framework templates.

  • You can select the Hide Chronic Conditions button check box to hide Chronic Condition in the Reason for Visit panel on the Intake and SOAP templates.
