Your can correct the patient records with corrected guidelines exceeding the limit to determine the exceed length of the description. After executing the Guidelines exceeding limits report, the guidelines listed in the Setup data exceeding more than 75 characters section of the report indicate that their guideline or test names have values exceeding 75 characters in length. You can correct the text for guideline or test name on the Care Guidelines Setup practice template, where guideline details are stored in the Intervention/Orders Setup panel. Guidelines with Long Descriptions

You can manually correct the guidelines with descriptions longer than 75 characters. In NextGen® Adaptive Content Engine, clients who have existing care guidelines orderable items (formerly protocols) with descriptions longer than 75 characters will notice that those care guidelines orderable descriptions appear truncated. This document provides instructions for correcting this issue. After upgrading to NextGen® Adaptive Content Engine review the Guideline Exceeding Limit SAP® Crystal Reports® generated report. Records listed in the Setup data exceeding more than 75 characters section of the report need to be manually corrected. Manually correcting guidelines that exceeded 75 characters is a two-step process: Correct the guideline name text so it is 75 characters or fewer. Run a Memorized Care Guideline Report

You can run a saved care guidelines report for the patient's record. You can generate and work with any reports that have been previously created and memorized (saved). CAUTION: The memorized report may take significant time and system resources to run. It is advisable to run this report after business hours. This report can only be run on care guidelines order items (formerly protocols), not on Recommended Care items. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Select File > Reports > Report List. The Memorized Reports window opens. Select the Report Type. Select a report you want to generate and double-click it. Memorized Reports The Report Filter window opens. CAUTION: If the Limit EHR reporting to only preferred locations check box has been selected in System Administrator and your preferred locations settings are different from the memorized report's location settings, a warning message appears. Set up Print Report Trigger

The Print Report action can be triggered to automatically generate and print a specific Crystal Report from a template. You can select options to: Preview the report before printing it. Print the report on a default printer. Print the report from a non-production database using the NextGen® Report Server. Print and save the report to the patient's chart in NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Generate and save the report to the patient's chart without printing it. Note: The report name cannot exceed 128 characters, including spaces. In this example, you need to generate a list of patients who have had certain procedures performed during a specific period of time. The patients should be grouped by the provider who performed the procedure. Open the Report Filter. Select Procedure from the Settings List. The Procedure Search window opens.
