In this example, you need to generate a list of patients who have had certain procedures performed during a specific period of time. The patients should be grouped by the provider who performed the procedure.
Open the Report Filter.
Select Procedure from the Settings List.
The Procedure Search window opens.
Select to display the Procedure Search window.
Enter Office in the Description field as a search criterion.
Select Search.
Select office emergency care from the list.
Select OK.
The results of the procedure search displays in the Procedure window.
Note: Ensure the Include option is selected (default).
Select the specific date range. In this example, you want to generate a report that shows patients Who Have Ever Had emergency office care before one year, 7 months, and 1 day from the current date.
Select Provider from the Settings List and set up the filter.
To group the report by Provider, select Sorting.
Select the sorting options to display on the report. In this example, select Rendering Provider.
To select which columns to display on the report, select Columns. For this report scenario, select Last Name, First Name, Patient Home Phone Number, CPT®4 Code, Procedure, Service Date, and Location.
