You can run a saved care guidelines report for the patient's record.
You can generate and work with any reports that have been previously created and memorized (saved).
CAUTION:
The memorized report may take significant time and system resources to run. It is advisable to run this report after business hours. This report can only be run on care guidelines order items (formerly protocols), not on Recommended Care items.
- Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
- Select .
The Memorized Reports window opens.
- Select the Report Type.
- Select a report you want to generate and double-click it.
The
Report Filter window opens.
CAUTION:
If the
Limit EHR reporting to only preferred locations check box has been selected in System Administrator and your preferred locations settings are different from the memorized report's location settings, a warning message appears. If you want to continue, select
Yes. If you do not wish to generate the report, select
No.
- If modifications are required, do the following:
- To add or change any previously selected filters, update the filter information or make any other changes.
- To save the updated information, select Save. You can also change any of the other parameters, such as Report Name and Report Type.
- To generate the updated report, select OK.
- If no additions or changes are required, select OK to generate the report.
Note: You do not need to save the report again.
The report is generated and displayed in the NextGen® Enterprise EHR. You can edit, print, or export the report.
