The following table describes the subgroups in Reports Operation.

Access All Memorized Reports | NextGen® Enterprise PM | You can access any memorized report secured to another user in NextGen® Enterprise PM. When set to Yes, it overrides the Memorized Report Modification, Memorized Report Run, and Memorized Report Save rights.

Accounts Receivable | NextGen® Enterprise PM | You can create and print A/R reports. |
Aged Trial Balance | NextGen® Enterprise PM | You can create and print ATB reports. |
Daily | NextGen® Enterprise PM | You can create and print daily reports. |

Health Center | NextGen® Enterprise PM | You can access the health center reports in NextGen® Enterprise PM > Reports menu > Health Center. |

If preferred location limits have been set for a user, the Locations tab in the report filter displays all possible locations but only the data from the user’s preferred locations appears in the run report.

Memorized System Level | NextGen® Enterprise PM | You can memorize reports that are automatically generated after a process is run (for example, Claim Production Status, Batch Listing, Bad Debt). |

Report Server Settings | NextGen® Enterprise PM | You can do the following: In Reports Practice Preferences, you can select the report types that can be run. When this security right is set to No, the Report Server list is disabled in Reports Practice Preferences. You can set the Generate from Report Serverpreference in Reports Practice Preferences so that the practice uses the report server as the data source for large production reports. |
