Document Provider Communications

  1. On the Telephone Communications template, General panel, click Provider Communications.

    The Provider Communication template opens.
  2. Enter the details of the communication, as follows:
    • Reason for call
    • Person called
    • Diagnosis and Code
    • Caller's demeanor
    • Comments

  3. Click Add/Update to include the details in the grid.
  4. Click Save & Close.
