Managing the Telephone Call Template
You can record information gathered during a telephone conversation with the patient.
You can open the Telephone Call template through the Call/communication link on the Home Page template.
You can do the following on the Telephone Call template:
- Open the Patient Contact Info template to view the patient's contact information and document the patient's support relationships, and pharmacy details.
- Open the Patient Appointments template to add or view the patient's appointment with a provider.
- Open the Telephone Summary template to view a comprehensive communication history.
- Generate the telephone_communication document, which includes a written summary of the telephone call details in runtime.
- Open the Provider Communication template to document all the details concerning a communication by the provider.
- Send the telephone_communication document offline.
