Open the Patient Demographics Template

You can document patient details such as contact number, address, Primary Care Physician (PCP), primary practice provider, insurance, pharmacy, provider, emergency contact, employment, and reminder details, on the Patient Demographics template.

1. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
2. Select a patient record.
3. To open the Patient Demographics template, do one of the following:
   • Open the Templates module, and double-click Patient Demographics in the Demographics tab.
   • On the Home Page template, select the Demographics link.
   The Patient Demographics template opens.
