Patient Demographics

You can review a selected patient's demographic information in the NextGen® Adaptive Content Engine Patient Demographics template. You can also add or edit the default pharmacy, historical addresses, reminders, emergency contacts, and employment.

To update other patient information, use the Modify Patient Information window. To add a patient, use the Add Patient Information window.
