Document Pharmacy Details
You can document up to two pharmacies details of the participant.
- Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
- Open the CW Demographics (BH) template.
- Expand the PCP/Primary Practice Provider/ Pharmacy panel.
- Select Pharmacy.
The Modify Patient Information window opens.
- Select Pharmacy from the left pane.
- In the Pharmacy Info section, select the folder icon, and then select New.
The Pharmacy Lookup window opens.
- To add pharmacy details, do one of the following:
- To link pharmacy details already in the system, search for the pharmacy, select it, and then select OK.
- To enter new pharmacy details, enter details of the pharmacy, and then select OK.
- Select OK.
Note: You can add up to two pharmacy details.The pharmacy details are updated in the panel.
