Open the CW Demographics (BH) Template

You can document the demographic details of children and family members on the CW Demographics (BH) template.

1. In NextGen® Enterprise EHR, select a patient, and open an encounter.
2. On the Categories tab, select Open Template.
   The Select Template window opens.
3. Select All.
4. In the Demographics tab, select CW Demographics (BH).
   The CW Demographics (BH) template opens.
