Child Welfare Demographics

You can document relevant demographic information such as contact information, address and employment history, emergency contacts, and family household information.

You can use the CW Demographics (BH) template to enroll users in programs and capture demographic and other important information on participants in a child welfare program.

With the Family Unit feature, you can group patients under a certain name or category. Each member of the household, including foster children, must be entered into a family unit. Each family unit must have a single member identified as the main participant. To update family unit information, select File > Family Unit > Unit setup.

If applicable, you can select the Special Assistance checkbox to open a picklist that can be configured on the BH Foundation Configuration template.

The information icon on the panels indicates that the panels are shared with other templates. The fields in the panels are filled automatically if the details are documented on any of the related templates.

You can generate a document with the interview details and save it for the encounter with the prospective foster parents.
