During the home interview, the program staff determines the preferences of the prospective foster parents for foster placement and documents the following details about the fostering family on the CW Home Interview (BH) template.
- Age and relationship of family members living at home
- Employment and details of the availability to take care of the children
- Medical, psychological, and criminal histories of the household family members
- Details of the home environment where the foster family lives
