Open CW Summary/Case Closure Template

You can document a situation where a parent (main participant) leaves the child welfare program.

1. In NextGen® Enterprise EHR, select a patient, and open an encounter.
2. On the Encounters tab, select Open Template.
   The Select Template window opens.
3. On the Medical Records tab, under Show, select All.
   The list of all medical record templates appears.
4. Select CW Summary/Case Closure (BH).
   The CW Summary/Case Closure (BH) template opens.

   Note: You can configure your Packet Navigation to include a link to open the child welfare templates.
